Bilingual Production Admin Assistant - Monkton, MD

About the Company and Bilingual Production Admin Assistant Opportunity:

CFS is working with a repeat client in the landscaping and construction space to hire a Bilingual Production Admin Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of office work and hands-on outdoor interaction.

The organization offers a stable, team-oriented environment and is seeking a Production Admin Assistant who is interested in growing with the company long term. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity, with the likelihood to become permanent for the right candidate. The culture has been described as hardworking, collaborative, and down-to-earth. The Admin Assistant will interact with multiple teams including estimators, drivers, and vendors, playing a key role in daily operations.

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Production Admin Assistant:

Analyze inventory levels and ensure materials and supplies are properly stocked

Purchase materials for upcoming jobs based on estimator requests

Communicate with vendors to source materials, pricing, and availability

Dispatch drivers to pick up materials and coordinate logistics

Receive and review incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality

Maintain organization of inventory and purchasing records

Utilize internal systems to track purchasing activity

Coordinate truck departures and ensure proper loading

Ideal Candidate for the Bilingual Production Admin Assistant Role:

Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems

Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable with both office work and light outdoor duties in various weather conditions

Able to communicate effectively with vendors, drivers, and internal teams and communicate professionally in English and Spanish

Willing to get hands-on when needed (moving materials, checking inventory)

Qualifications for the Bilingual Production Admin Assistant:

1+ years' experience in purchasing/procurement, data entry, inventory management, landscaping, construction, or similar role a plus. Local candidates who are looking to get into this field encouraged to apply!

Basic Microsoft Excel skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required

Additional Information for the Bilingual Production Admin Assistant:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 40-45 hours/week (8:00am–4:30pm, very occasional Saturdays a few times per year)

- 100% on site in Monkton, MD

Salary: $42,000-$47,000 depending on experience
