School Nurse (RN/CRN) – Make a Difference in Students’ Lives!

Ro Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (BSN) or Credentialed School Nurse (CRN) to join our team in Stockton, CA! If you're passionate about working with children and making a meaningful impact in your community, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Details

Location: Stockton, CA
Setting: School Health / Pediatrics
Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours (approximately 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Hours: Part-Time (0–20 hours per week, as needed)
Potential for additional hours and schedule extension
Pay: $35.00–$47.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care utilizing school health protocols and individualized care plans.
Administer medications in accordance with district policies and procedures.
Collaborate with parents, educators, medical providers, and school staff to support student health and wellness.
Participate in IEP and 504 meetings to help develop and implement student support plans.
Monitor student health needs and provide timely communication regarding changes in condition or care.
Promote wellness by identifying opportunities to improve student care and outcomes.
Educate school staff on health-related topics as directed by the school nurse or medical advisory team.
Maintain professional communication and documentation standards.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
Current BLS Certification
Experience with IEPs and 504 Plans preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional, dependable, and student-focused
Willingness to obtain School Nurse Credential (CRN) with Ro Health's support
