Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Aide to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting various office functions. As an Office Aide, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, providing customer support, and managing front desk operations.

This position is Part Time, 8 hour shifts (3 days the first week, and 2 days the next). Around 40 hours total for the pay period. Days are not set so will be flexible as long as the office has coverage.

Duties

Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management.
Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering phone systems.
Support customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain organized office supplies and assist in office management tasks.
Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
Experience with customer support roles is a plus.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse clients.
Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
