Licensed Dental Assistant (minimum 1 year experience)
Highly punctual and detail-oriented
Anticipates doctor needs before being asked
Takes ownership of production flow

Mobile operatory setup and breakdown

Chairside efficiency supporting same-day treatment
Complete and accurate documentation

PERFORMANCE STANDARD
On time is early.

Charts are complete before leaving site.

Same-day treatment is supported whenever clinically appropriate.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Base Pay: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience and execution readiness)
Performance Bonuses: $10,000–$35,000+ annually

Production efficiency targets
Documentation accuracy
Patient satisfaction scores
Territory growth performance
High performers increase earnings quickly.
