About the Role

Our Registered Nurses are essential partners in delivering exceptional patient experiences and supporting the continued growth of Allure Medical. As an RN, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care while assisting with aesthetic and wellness treatments, including pre-operative and post-operative care, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and regenerative medicine.

This position is ideal for a motivated, self-starting nurse who is eager to expand their clinical skill set, step into a leadership-minded role, and thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Prior cosmetic experience is not required—we are committed to training the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care within an aesthetic and wellness-focused clinical environment
Assist with and progressively perform cosmetic procedures, including injectables and laser/energy-based treatments
Support the delivery of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and regenerative medicine services
Circulate in both pre-operative and post-operative settings
Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, products, and aftercare
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation while adhering to safety and compliance standards
Communicate effectively with patients to enhance understanding, satisfaction, and trust
Support clinic flow, patient experience, and overall service excellence
Participate in ongoing training and professional development in aesthetics and wellness
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support operational success and regional growth
Travel to various Allure Medical locations as needed to support patient care and team needs

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of two (2) years of clinical RN experience preferred
Surgical experience preferred
Strong interest in aesthetics, injectables, laser treatments, or regenerative medicine
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service-focused mindset with a commitment to patient care and experience
Willingness to learn and participate in hands-on training
Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a growth-oriented mindset
Ability and willingness to travel between Allure Medical locations

Schedule Requirements

Ability to work two (2) 12-hour shifts per week
Availability to work every Saturday
