Director of Digital Growth

Auburn Hills, MI | Full-Time | On Site

Woodland Direct is seeking an ambitious, commerce-minded Director of Digital Growth to lead the strategy behind our digital revenue channel.

This newly created role will unify our paid media, ecommerce, content, SEO, UX, and emerging AI-search efforts around one clear objective: profitable digital growth. You will own the strategy for increasing website revenue, customer acquisition, conversion rate, and average order value while helping align our digital channel with a high-performing inbound call center.

Our execution teams are already in place. We need a strategic leader who can set direction, establish priorities, and turn strong individual capabilities into a cohesive digital growth engine.

What You’ll Own

Own the digital revenue strategy and drive growth in traffic, conversion, average order value, and profitability.
Establish a unified acquisition strategy across paid media, SEO, content, organic search, and AI-driven traffic.
Provide strategic direction to Performance Marketing, Ecommerce, Content, UX, and Creative teams.
Build clear reporting around digital revenue, customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, attribution, and channel performance.
Develop an organic growth engine through keyword strategy, content direction, and technical SEO priorities.
Position Woodland Direct to capture traffic from AI-powered search platforms and emerging digital channels.
Strengthen brand storytelling across the website, paid media, organic content, and influencer partnerships.
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Technology leaders to create a seamless cross-channel customer experience.
Serve as the primary commercial liaison to our internal technology and platform engineering team.
Lead digital transformation efforts and help align the organization around modern ecommerce growth priorities.

What We’re Looking For

8–10+ years of digital marketing or ecommerce experience.
Proven success driving meaningful revenue growth for a consumer brand.
Demonstrated experience leading SEO, content, organic growth, or digital acquisition strategy.
Strong knowledge of ecommerce analytics, attribution, CAC, ROAS, conversion, and customer behavior.
Experience leading cross-functional digital teams in a revenue-accountable environment.
Ability to guide organizational change and influence senior executives in an established or founder-led business.
A strategic, commercially minded leadership style focused on revenue and measurable outcomes.

Experience with high-consideration retail, home products, appliances, building materials, outdoor living, or other visually rich and freight-shipped products is strongly preferred.
