Our practice's on-site surgical facility maintains the highest standards of excellence and is accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF). This prestigious organization sets rigorous standards for patient safety, operating practices, equipment, recovery rooms, anesthesia administration, and more. Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position. The role is onsite with working hours of Monday-Thursday during training period, transitioning to either Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday once training is complete. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a professional, courteous, and welcoming environment consistent with the standards of the practice

Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information regarding services, appointments, and clinic policies

Check patients in and out, verify appointment details, ensure all required forms, consents, and identification are completed and properly documented, collect payments within system pre and post care

Provide general information regarding the practice's services, payment options, and promotions, referring all clinical or medical questions to licensed providers as appropriate

Manage the appointment scheduling system to ensure optimal provider utilization and patient flow

Coordinate appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and rescheduling in accordance with practice policies

Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to maintain accurate daily schedules and ensure timely patient transitions

Assist with coordinating follow-up appointments and treatment plans as directed by medical providers

Support the preparation and maintenance of front office documentation, supplies, and correspondence

Prep and order all surgical charts as necessary

Assist in maintaining organized and professional front office and reception areas

Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as practice policies and procedures related to patient confidentiality, data security, and workplace safety

Maintain familiarity with infection control procedures and ensure the reception area meets cleanliness and safety standards

Promptly report any patient complaints, safety incidents, or operational concerns to the appropriate supervisor or compliance officer

Participate in staff meetings, training programs, compliance education and development opportunities as required

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with the practice's image and standards

Demonstrate effective communication, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions with patients, staff, and external parties

Support teamwork and collaboration across departments to promote a high-quality patient experience

Assist with credentialing tasks as needed

Assist with training coworkers and/or new hires as necessary

Qualifications:
- 2 Years experience in a customer facing role, medical office or med spa is a plus.
- Experience answering phones in an office environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and management skills.
- Must have proficient computer and typing skills.
Salary: $21 to $24 USD per hour based off experience
