Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms to support efficient office operations. Your technical proficiency, excellent organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks with precision will ensure the integrity of our data systems. This position offers an engaging environment where your clerical expertise and customer service skills will contribute directly to the smooth functioning of our office.

Responsibilities

Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and management software with speed and accuracy
Manage and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information
Handle multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and provide exceptional customer support
Assist with office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and document proofreading
Support client communication efforts by managing correspondence and ensuring timely follow-up
Utilize productivity software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) to prepare reports, memos, and presentations
Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and professionalism during all front desk interactions

Requirements

Proven clerical or office experience with a strong background in data entry and administrative tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel (spreadsheets), and Outlook for calendar management
Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy; strong proofreading abilities
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone communication best practices
Bilingual abilities are desirable to support diverse client needs
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Technical proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with productivity software and file management systems
Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles demonstrating excellent communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times
