Full Job Description

Our well-established and growing dental practice is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced practice. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday salaried position, ideal for someone who thrives in a multitasking environment and has experience in both general and specialty dentistry.

The ideal candidate is organized, confident, and proactive—someone who can keep the office running smoothly while supporting both patients and the clinical team. Strong Eagle soft experience is required.

Position Details:

Full-time, Monday–Friday
Salary range: $60,000–$64,000
established practice environment

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and manage daily office flow to ensure smooth, efficient operations
Serve as a strong leader and point of support for front office staff
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, providers, and team members
Manage and adjust the daily schedule to maximize efficiency and profitability
Answer phones, schedule patients, and follow up on unscheduled treatment
Present treatment plans and review insurance benefits with patients
File and follow up on insurance claims, including in-network benefits
Complete end-of-day processes including deposits, check balancing, and daily reports
Adapt quickly to schedule changes and high-volume workflows

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years of dental office management experience preferred
Experience in both general and specialty dentistry
Eagle soft, Dental Intel software proficiency is essential
Strong multitasking, organizational, and leadership skills
Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
Clinical knowledge is a plus
