Full Job Description

Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled baker to join our small team at TBB 122! We make rustic, European-style pastries with an emphasis on great ingredients and traditional methods. Most of our recipes are already dialed in, but we need someone who can execute them with care, consistency, and efficiency.

You’ll work alongside the owner in a hands-on, creative environment that values quality over quantity. If you’re dependable, easy to work with, and take pride in beautiful, well-made pastries, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and bake a variety of rustic, European-style pastries, morning breads, and seasonal desserts from scratch
Follow established recipes with consistency, care, and attention to detail
Assist with shaping, filling, and finishing pastries to ensure they look as good as they taste
Package and display baked goods beautifully for the counter and events
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout service
Work closely with the owner and team to maintain efficiency and high standards
Occasionally help with special orders or small catering projects

Basic Qualifications

Proven experience in professional baking or pastry work
Comfortable working with doughs, batters, and laminated pastries
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy kitchen
Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in craftsmanship

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a bakery, café, or restaurant environment
Understanding of food safety standards and kitchen best practices
A background in pastry, culinary arts, or a related field is a plus
