Full Job Description

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Registered Dietitian (RD) to bring this system to life—someone who thrives at the intersection of science, coaching, and tech. You’ll help deliver and evolve truly dynamic nutrition plans, not static meal templates. This role is ideal for an RD ready to help people make lasting lifestyle changes, backed by real-time data and full team support.

What You’ll Do

Create and update fully customized nutrition strategies using scan metrics (waist circumference, body fat %, lean mass), RMR output, and live activity data
Integrate our exclusive Fullscript supplement stacks into personalized protocols, with room for custom recommendations based on client needs (hormonal support, inflammation, gut health, etc.)
Adjust macros and caloric intake dynamically based on new body scans, RMR re-tests, and workout data
Provide targeted support for fat loss, muscle gain, gut healing, hormone balance, energy, and performance goals
Collaborate directly with trainers, stretch therapists, posture specialists, and health coaches to deliver seamless care
Conduct Zoom or in-person consults with clients to review plans, update goals, and increase adherence
Help refine our nutrition personalization logic and backend tools in partnership with our software team

Monthly RMR tests to reflect metabolic adaptation
Live MyZone heart rate data to dial in calorie burn and exercise efficiency
Detailed lifestyle & wellness assessments to uncover emotional/stress-related nutrition challenges
Optional habit tracking and behavior change programs through our integrated Prestige Edge system

Who You Are

Registered Dietitian (RD) – Required
At least 2 years of experience working in clinical, fitness, or wellness-based nutrition counseling
Confident designing flexible, progressive meal and macro plans—not just generic templates
Experienced with supplement protocols and nutrition for special populations
Tech-savvy, collaborative, and comfortable navigating client data and systems
Excited to innovate and co-lead a shift toward truly personalized wellness care

Bonus If You:

Have used Fullscript or built supplement stacks
Are familiar with 3D scanning, RMR testing, or MyZone/WHOOP-style wearable data
Have worked with trainers, physical therapists, or integrated care teams

Compensation & Perks

$35–$40/hour (contract-based)
Commission on supplement sales through Fullscript
