Telos Strength & Conditioning is seeking a dedicated Strength Coach to join our team in Tucson. We're not just a gym; we're a community committed to helping people transform their lives through a holistic approach to health and wellness.

If you have a deep understanding of both the science and psychology behind fitness, and you're genuinely motivated to help others, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Customized Coaching: Design and implement personalized training programs that align with individual client goals and abilities.
Lead Dynamic Group Classes: Instruct engaging and motivating group fitness classes for various skill levels and interests.
Ensure Safety and Technique: Educate clients on proper form and safety protocols to minimize injury risk, particularly when using specialized equipment.
Monitor Progress: Continuously track client advancement, adjusting fitness plans as needed to ensure ongoing improvement.
Maintain Gym Standards: Uphold all facility standards and safety regulations to provide a clean and secure environment for everyone.
