Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Tucson, Arizona
Full-Time | Flexible Schedule

A well-established and growing ABA organization with multiple clinic locations across Arizona is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their Tucson team. This organization is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to both children and adults, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across clinical and therapy disciplines.

One of the standout advantages of this role is a deliberately low caseload, allowing BCBAs to focus on quality over quantity—providing more individualized care, meaningful supervision, and a better overall work-life balance.

Relocation assistance is available, making this a great opportunity for candidates considering a move to the Tucson area.

Position Requirements

BCBA or BCBA-D certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master’s Degree required
Active Arizona state license (or ability to obtain)

Key Responsibilities

This role is primarily clinic-based, offering flexibility in daily structure and a highly collaborative interdisciplinary setting.

Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with a manageable caseload
Review behavioral data and adjust individualized treatment plans with a focus on quality care
Provide thoughtful clinical guidance and feedback to team members
Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other providers
Participate in team meetings and care coordination
Conduct occasional school consultations or home visits (minimal — approx. 1%)
Support interns and junior clinical staff as needed

Schedule

Flexible scheduling options available, including:

9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Split schedule between clinic and remote work
