Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

This position is responsible for following Brookdale referral processes as well as acceptance guidelines to improve occupancy level and revenue production of the community.This includes managing pre-admission and admission processes and completing all activities required for an admission.Representsthecommunityandincreasesawarenessthroughparticipationinoutsideeventsand professional groups.Partners with community team to execute business development strategies to generate referrals.
Manages sales/admission process by assisting prospective residents, their family members, referralsourcesand/oradvisorsin,thedecisionmakingprocessbyunderstandingtheirneedsand educating them about the skilled services that Brookdale provides and how we can meet their needs.Responds promptly to every phone call, electronic referral or walk-in inquiries from all referral sources.
Utilizes established sales processes, systems (including referral portals, PacIQ and PCC CRM/ DocumentManagerandformsforsalestoperformjobduties, tracksallinquiriesandreferralsvia company approved systems and keeps information updated for tracking/trending referrals, conversion ratios and reasons for non-admittance as wellas utilization of Green, Yellow and Red acceptance criteria.
Keeps InterdisciplinaryCareTeamand keyassociatesupdated onthestatus ofallprospective admissions. Articulatesincomingadmissionsduringstandup,theircareneeds,anyequipment needs and personal connections.Updates team on estimated time of arrival.
Works with Healthcare Liaison and monitors conversion ratios by payer and analyzes data to prepareweeklyandmonthlyreportsforcommunitymeetings.Providesfrequentperformance information to management.(IF community is larger and there is an Admission Director, the Director would be required to complete this task).
Develops and maintains relationships with and generates leads through residents, family and professional referral sources on a daily/weekly basis.Provides and conducts visits about skilled services,programsandoutcomes, market advantages, availabilityandotherrelevantinformation to meet the needs of prospective referral sources and community groups.

Education and Experience
High School Education or Equivalent is required, College Degree from an accredited university in a related field is preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education is required. A minimum of two to five years of experience in health care environment working with seniors is require, preferably skilled nursing.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements
Frequentcartravelrequirestheincumbenttopossessandmaintainavaliddrivers’license.Computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office is required.
