Full Job Description

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement & Accounts Coordinator to support our purchasing, vendor management, and accounts payable functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional looking to grow their career within the electrical, construction, or trades industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Process vendor invoices and support accounts payable activities.
Process vendor payments.
Review vendor statements and assist with account reconciliations.
Apply and verify GL coding within Ramp Credit Card and Sage Intacct ERP.
Obtain and review vendor quotations and pricing.
Issue purchase orders and track procurement activities.
Coordinate pricing reviews with Project Managers.
Maintain vendor relationships and support sourcing initiatives.
Assist with inventory tracking and warehouse organization.
· Support bulk purchasing and cost-saving initiatives.
Additional administrative tasks as required.

WHAT YOU BRING

2+ years of administrative, procurement, accounting, or operations experience.
Experience in construction, electrical, MEP, trades, or service-based industries preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with Sage Intacct, ERP systems, or accounts payable processes is an asset.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

PHYISCAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to sit for extended periods of time on a computer.
