Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher/Receptionist to join our team. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while efficiently managing dispatching for crane operators and customer's jobs and equipment. Your proactive communication skills and organizational expertise will ensure seamless coordination for job and employee schedules. Responsibilities include:

Greet visitors, vendors, and team members professionally via telephone and in person, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
Respond to customer emails, aquiring necessary information to properly schedule a job.
Provide basic estimates to customers.
Coordinate dispatching activities for crane operators while managing the schedule.
Track customer's deliveries, pickups, and fleet movements.
Enter data accurately into various software systems.
Ensure that all information for jobs are correct prior to scheduling.
Obtaining payment information from customer's prior to jobs and processing payments if needed.
Maintain organized records of monthly vehicle maintenance records.
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of dispatching and reception duties.
Some construction knowledge is helpful, but not required. Will need to learn basic crane charts and use google maps to view job locations and obtain measurements.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
