Full Job Description

Full-time Equipment Operator to join our team in Tucson, AZ.

The Position:

The Equipment Operator will be responsible for the safe operation of equipment and the maintenance of all equipment. The position requires a high level of safety awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Safely operate graders, loaders, excavators, backhoes, skid steers, and other equipment.
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
Report any damage to equipment or damage to the supervisor.
Maintain safe working conditions at all times.
Follow all company safety rules and regulations.
Complete required paperwork.
Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor or company executives.

Hiring requirements:

- Minimum three years' experience in a high-volume, fast-paced heavy equipment
grading/excavation environment.

- Operating heavy equipment around underground and/or overhead utilities.

- Must be able to read and understand drawings, specifications, safety and quality
standards and effectively utilize all trade tools and equipment relevant to the work.

- Verification of work eligibility required upon hire

- Reliable transportation

Due to position being "Safety Sensitive" candidates are required to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. Company has a ZERO drug and alcohol policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year
