GEICO’s Local Office in Silverdale, Washington is hiring!

We are looking for purpose-driven team members who want to continue to build something special with us.

We are hiring motivated, collaborative, customer focused, team members, to help us continue to grow and expand our office. This is a sales role where we will teach you everything you need to know about providing solutions to our customers. Due to the marketing and brand recognition GEICO provides, this position does not require any cold-calling.

If you are looking to take the next step from having a job to building a career in a startup-like environment, join us! In the position of Sales Insurance Agent, you can earn on average between $36,000-$60,000+ per year!

HOW WILL YOU HELP CUSTOMERS?

· Become an expert in insurance and educating our clients

· Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients

· Service existing client inquiries and identify cross-selling opportunities

· Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs

· Comply with insurance standards and regulations

· Track and identify areas of improvement internally and on behalf of our clients

· Up to 75% of your day may be on the phone, so providing a high-energy personality and a love of working with people is a must

THE TEAM WE ARE BUILDING:

· Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields (recommended but not required)

· Strong computer skills and willingness to learn to work within multiple quoting systems

· Motivated by high earning potential

· Ability to build great rapport with clients and the rest of the team

· Excitement to create world-class client experiences

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Willingness to learn and try new things

· Punctual and dependable

GETTING YOUR INSURANCE LICENSE:

· Property and Casualty Insurance License Required.
