Job Details:

SUMMARY: This position serves as the key administrative support to the Shelbyville Complex Team. The ideal person occupying this role must operate with a high level of integrity, strong sense of urgency, and have a proven history in a fast-paced multi-faceted environment. This position is responsible for but not limited to:

Performing administrative duties that include compiling entry of data and generating reports from multiple systems.
Appropriately managing general, personal, and confidential information files and or material.
Assist in the development, coordination, & photocopying of presentations as requested.
Coordinating travel, trip planning, meetings, monthly and annual trainings, & customer visits.
Accurately managing & submitting via Concur Team Member expenses
Appropriately handling internal external inquiries and or requests
Properly managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and office environment
Coordinating payment of office related expenses and any other duties as assigned.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Address Daily Business Needs and Organize and Schedule Meetings

Submit and Reconcile Expense Reports

Provide General Support to Team Members, Visitors, & Customers

Maintain and update Contact Lists for internal & external

REQUIREMENTS :

Education : College degree or equivalent work experience

Experience: 5 plus years of experience in an administrative role.

Computer Skil ls: Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Special Skills : Excellent time management skills; personal skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work; Strong organizational and planning skills; Attention to detail and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; well versed in Microsoft Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Word
