Molder / Manufacturing Worker
Pay:$14-$16
Multiple Shifts Tulsa, OK

We are hiring a Molder to support manufacturing operations by preparing and operating molding presses to produce high-quality products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Molder or Manufacturing Worker

Prepare materials and operate molding presses according to job specifications
Load materials into molds and preheaters
Inspect finished products for defects and quality issues
Trim, clean, and prepare molded parts for production flow
Maintain clean and organized work areas around production equipment
Record labor and production information accurately
Communicate production updates with team members and supervisors
Assist with material movement and general production support as needed

Qualifications of a Molder or Manufacturing Worker

6 months of Manufacturing experience required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math and reading comprehension skills
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements of a Molder or Production Worker

Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to bend, crouch, lift, and perform repetitive movements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment
