Full Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Payroll Generalist to join our Team!
The HR Payroll Generalist will process employee payroll, maintain payroll software (ADP), and function directly with HR functions. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with possible overtime.

Responsibilities:

Process biweekly payroll for employees
Import and validate time data from ADP software
Track time and attendance
Perform manual data entry and verification as needed
Maintain payroll schedule
Complete HR functions including: Daily staff report out, Monitoring of Manpower, Employee Engagement Activities, Employment Verifications, Corrective Actions, and Terminations
Process required tax filings
Conduct quarterly payroll deduction audits to ensure accuracy
Perform quarterly 401(k) census reconciliation to avoid year-end adjustments
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and contract-specific payroll reporting requirements
Maintain accurate employee payroll records and data
Serve as a point of contact for payroll-related questions and discrepancies
Assist employees with payroll changes
Distribute check as requested
Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

High School Diploma or GED required
Associates Degree strongly preferred
Minimum of one (1) years experience in a HR role required
Minimum of one (1) years experience in Time, Attendance, and Payroll required
Experience with ADP strongly preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas for data analysis
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective communication across multiple levels of the organization
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
