Now Hiring: Sales Professional (Finance Track Opportunity!)

What You'll Do

Sales-focused role with Finance Development
Primary responsibility is automotive sales
Support F&I operations at least 1 day per week
Help with deal structuring, lender flow, and product exposure
Deliver a strong, professional customer experience from start to finish
Maintain CRM discipline, deal accuracy, and compliance standards
Operate with a focus on gross, volume, and efficiency

What You'll Bring

1+ year of experience in automotive sales performance and gross production
Strong closer with ability to handle negotiations and structure deals
Detail-oriented with ability to manage compliance and paperwork accuracy
Competitive, self-motivated, and driven for career advancement
Team-oriented with leadership mindset and accountability
Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license
