We are looking for a part-time (15-20 hours) Property Manager for our growing portfolio of multifamily residential properties in Manitowoc and Two Rivers.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
· Perform ongoing routine inspections of all vacant units throughout the turnover process to ensure the residence is ready in accordance with company standards
· Complete lease applications and verify prospective resident income information and references
· Prepare resident leases and review terms with new residents
· Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs
· Initiate and complete lease renewal process
· Coordinate resident work orders with maintenance staff and assure that each work order is performed timely and to the resident’s satisfaction
· Record leasing and occupancy information on property management software accurately and timely.
· Prepare accurate weekly leasing, occupancy and delinquency reports for management and ownership
· Follow up daily with residents who have delinquent accounts and prepare 5 day notices when necessary
· Other duties as assigned
Candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years property management experience
- Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Word, and Excel are required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- General understanding of accounting and property management principals
- Strong customer service skills
- Possess a sense of urgency and accountability
- Experience with Appfolio is preferred
- Must have valid drivers license
This position will work out of one rental buidling in Two Rivers, but the position will manage multiple buildings. Must have a reliabe behicle. Mileage will be reimbursed.
