Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Vertical Project Manager to oversee multi-family housing construction projects in the Tyler, TX area. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in construction management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage vertical construction projects for multi-family housing developments.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure projects comply with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress to prevent delays and cost overruns.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and resolving challenges as they arise.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience in multi-family housing construction is required.
Prior trade experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within a 50-mile project radius.
