Available Shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Schedule: 4 Days On | 2 Days Off Rotation

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Medication Technician, you will help residents maintain their health, dignity, independence, and quality of life by safely administering medications while providing compassionate daily care and support.

Responsibilities include:

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and state regulations

Accurately document medications, treatments, observations, and resident care in the electronic health record

Monitor residents for changes in condition, medication side effects, and adverse reactions

Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, hospice agencies, home health providers, therapists, residents, and family members regarding resident care

Perform vital signs, weights, and other delegated health monitoring tasks

Maintain medication carts, medication rooms, and storage areas in a clean, secure, and organized manner

Complete medication audits, incident reports, and required documentation accurately and promptly

Respond promptly to resident call systems and emergency situations

Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, companionship, and emotional support as needed

Promote resident independence while providing compassionate assistance

Help create a safe, welcoming, and resident-centered environment every day
