Full Job Description

Our client is needing dedicated and detail-oriented Production Line Workers to join their team in a fast-paced food processing plant in Washington, MO. 1st shift $18 and 2nd shift $21. 4 days per week plus potential overtime.

Duties

Operate production equipment and machinery in accordance with established protocols.
Package finished products while ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools.
Assist in the monitoring of production processes to ensure quality control.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to minimize risks in the workplace.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment for proper functioning and report any mechanical issues.
Utilize forklifts as needed for the movement of materials within the facility.

Requirements

Previous experience in a production environment is preferred.
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues is desirable.
Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification may be required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Capacity to work in a team-oriented environment with effective communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
