Job Summary:
The Contract Administrator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business processes to ensure operational efficiency, financial performance, and alignment with organizational goals. The Contract Administrator serves as a key liaison between key customer account stakeholders, leadership and operational teams, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into actionable plans. Represent our team culture that empowers employees to succeed through our leadership engagement and company support.

Job Duties:

Validates parts and other local cost are accounted for accurately in customer and Unifi CMMS systems
Create and review customer invoices to ensure all costs, revenue and contractual obligations are met
Ensures chargeable parts and service costs are billed properly to customer invoices.
Regional and field support needs that ensure contract performance outcomes
Manage customer relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customers service delivery expectations are met
Represent our team culture that empowers employees to succeed through our leadership engagement and company support.

Qualifications:

Operational CMMS systems data entry experience
Must have excellent organizational skills and data transfer accuracy
2+ years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or data and systems related roles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Must be able to read and speak the English language clearly.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to pass required background checks and drug screening.
Perform other duties as assigned.
