Role Description

The Restaurant Busser role at Euphoria Hospitality Group is based in Orlando, FL. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Busser to join our dynamic team in an upscale, high energy dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences, with a focus on fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Restaurant Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy their meals and have an unforgettable experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
Sanitate work areas and adhere to all food handling safety guidelines.
Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while maintaining high service standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required.
Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation practices is essential.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently buss multiple tables at once.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others are key traits for success in this role.
