Client Sales Manager

About the Role
Dermafix Spa is looking for a Client Sales Manager to support in-person consultations, client education, service package discussions, and follow-up communication at its Largo location.
This role is focused on helping scheduled clients understand available wellness and aesthetic services, review package options, discuss pricing and payment information, and make informed decisions based on their personal goals.
The ideal candidate is confident speaking with clients, organized with follow-up, comfortable discussing pricing, and able to maintain a professional experience from the first consultation through the next steps in the client process.
Prior experience in aesthetics is helpful but not required. Dermafix Spa provides training on services, systems, consultation standards, and client communication expectations.
Compensation
This position includes:
- $36,000 yearly base pay
- Paid training
- Performance-based growth opportunities
- Additional commission, bonus, or incentive opportunities.

Schedule
This position is scheduled 4 days per week.
The schedule includes:
- Sunday availability required
- Three additional weekdays scheduled Monday through Friday
- Monday through Friday hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday hours: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Focus Areas
This position combines client consultation, sales support, service education, documentation, and follow-up communication.
The Client Sales Manager will be responsible for creating a clear and professional consultation experience, helping clients understand their options, and supporting the clinic’s client conversion and service package goals.
This role requires consistency, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow company procedures for consultations, pricing communication, CRM tracking, and client experience.
Responsibilities
- Meet with scheduled clients in person at the Largo location
- Learn about each client’s goals, interests, and service needs
- Explain wellness and aesthetic service options clearly and professionally
- Present available service packages, pricing, and payment options
- Help clients understand next steps based on their stated goals
- Follow up with prospective clients after consultations
- Track leads, consultations, follow-ups, and outcomes in the company CRM
- Maintain accurate notes and documentation for client interactions
- Support client conversion goals and sales performance expectations
- Communicate with clinic leadership, providers, and support staff
- Follow company standards for consultation flow and pricing discussions
- Maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming client experience
- Participate in training, service education, coaching, and team communication
- Assist with client engagement and promotional support when needed

Training and Support
Training is provided before regular assignment and may include:
- Service education and consultation standards

- Ongoing coaching based on performance and business needs
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, consultations, client services, membership sales, or another client-facing role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfort discussing pricing, packages, and payment options
- Ability to follow up with clients in a timely and professional manner
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to use a CRM or similar tracking system
- Comfortable working in a performance-focused environment
- Coachable attitude and willingness to learn company services and procedures
- Ability to work in person at the Largo, FL location
- Ability to work the required schedule, including Sundays
- Professional appearance and communication style
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aesthetics, wellness, medspa, beauty, fitness, membership sales, or luxury client services
- Experience presenting service packages, memberships, or treatment plans
- Experience with appointment-based consultations
- Experience managing leads, follow-ups, and client conversion
- Experience working with performance goals or incentive-based compensation
- Leadership experience in a client-facing sales environment
Work Environment
This is an in-person position in a wellness and aesthetic spa setting. The Client Sales Manager will interact regularly with clients, clinic staff, leadership, and prospective clients.
The right candidate should be comfortable working in a structured setting, following company procedures, documenting client activity accurately, and maintaining a professional client experience while supporting sales goals.
Employment Classification
This is a W-2 employee position with Dermafix Spa. It is not an independent contractor role.
