Full Job Description

Lexi Global is a small business in Upland, CA. We are professional, agile, innovative and our goal is to provide quality and value based IT services to our clientele and to provide a rewarding work environment for our team..

This candidate will be expected to do on site hardware installations, and troubleshooting work in the LA, Orange, and San Bernardino Counties. They will also be expected to resolve technical issues across a variety of hardware, software, and networking topics including but not limited to:

Assists with installations and workstation deployment
Ensure all workstations that are connected to the network are patched and firmware Is kept up to date.
Create Users on various systems
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software issues and rebuild workstations
Documentation of vendor processes into a knowledgebase or sharepoint
Use remote access tools to perform diagnostics on users
Demonstrates efforts for continuous improvements in departmental operations including decreased turnaround times, streamline work processes, and working cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
Travel to sites for hardware installation & support. 100% travel required.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’ degree in Computer Science or 1-2 years of experience in a help desk and desktop support role and 1-2 years of experience in a mid-sized corporate environment.

· Fundamental knowledge of Windows desktop, Microsoft server, cloud infrastructure, VOIP and network architecture.

· Valid class C driver’s license.

· Good verbal & written communication skills.

· Strong customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
