About the Role
We're looking for an energetic, camera-comfortable person to host live shopping streams for consumer brands on TikTok Shop. You'll be the face connecting products with audiences in real-time — driving engagement and sales through authentic, entertaining livestreams.
This isn't about being perfect on camera. It's about being real, quick on your feet, and genuinely excited to move product and connect with people. If you've worked in sales or retail, you already know how to read a room and close — now imagine doing that live, at scale.
What You'll Do
- Host 2–3 hour live shopping sessions on TikTok Shop, typically 2–4 times per week
- Present and demonstrate products in an engaging, authentic way that resonates with TikTok audiences
- Drive sales through compelling storytelling, product education, and interactive engagement with viewers
- Respond to live comments and questions in real-time, creating a community feel
- Collaborate on content strategy and product positioning for each stream
- Track performance metrics and adapt your approach based on what resonates with audiences
The Setup
- Location: On-site at our streaming location (home-based studio setup)
- Hours: 6–20 hours per week to start, flexible scheduling
- Equipment: Fully provided — you focus on streaming, we handle the technical setup
- Training: We'll get you up to speed on products, brand messaging, and platform best practices

- Natural comfort and charisma on camera — you don't need to be polished, you need to be yourself
- A background in sales or retail — you know how to communicate value, handle objections, and guide someone toward a decision
- Strong communication skills and ability to think on your feet
- Energy and enthusiasm that translates through a screen
- Genuine interest in connecting with audiences and building community
- Reliability and professionalism with scheduling commitments
- Bonus: Experience with TikTok (as a creator or active user), live streaming, or hosting
