Baker / Baker’s Helper / Finisher – Holland Farms Bakery & Deli

Holland Farms Bakery & Deli is a high-volume bakery known for fresh baked goods, handcrafted pastries, donuts, cakes, and deli favorites made with quality ingredients and time-tested recipes. We’re hiring Bakers, Baker’s Helpers, and Finishers to help produce beautiful, delicious bakery products that our customers love.

If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality food production, and want to be part of a hardworking bakery team that values reliability and craftsmanship, this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Assist with mixing, baking, frying donuts, and preparing bakery items
Finish baked goods for display and customer presentation
Follow recipes and production schedules accurately
Maintain clean work areas and food safety standards
Support daily bakery operations and product flow

What We’re Looking For

Bakery or food production experience preferred but not required
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
