Job Requirements

Set up & run CNC lathes and mills to machine precision parts.
Interpret complex blueprints, and work orders.
Select tooling, set offsets, prove out programs, and make in-process adjustments.
Perform first-article and in-process inspections with precision measuring.
Partner with engineering and quality to continuously improve cycle times and accuracy.

Skill Requirements

2+ years of CNC machining (setup & operation) on metals.
Confidence reading prints and using precision measuring equipment.
Solid understanding of machining principles and tool selection.
High School diploma or GED.
Manual/conventional machining skills? Even better!
