Are you a licensed real estate agent passionate about Sonoma County? Seeking to expand your experience, work with exceptional clients, and grow within a supportive team environment? We’re searching for a Showing Agent to assist in providing outstanding service to buyers throughout Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Healdsburg, and nearby communities.

As a Showing Agent, you will collaborate closely with our lead agents and buyers to coordinate and conduct property showings, support follow-up efforts, and help create a seamless, positive experience for our clients.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Holds (or is pursuing) a California real estate license
Familiar with or based in Sonoma County communities
Organized, personable, and motivated to develop professionally
Eager to join a team that values support, achievement, and a positive culture

Please note: This is a commission-only role.

Responsibilities

Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
