Job Description and Duties

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at the California Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet). This position is located in the Plant Operations Department of the Veterans Home of California, Yountville and is responsible for supervising Plant Operations staff and others in the operation, maintenance, and repair of the heating and electrical plant and other mechanical and power equipment to support the Veterans Home.

Special Requirements

Veterans may qualify for a CalVet Veterans Hiring Preference. Military service must be included in the Employment History section of the Employment Applications (STD. 678).
