About the Role

We're looking for a driven and articulate B2B Telemarketer to join our sales team. In this role, you'll make outbound calls to businesses, introduce them to our services, and generate qualified leads for our Finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong phone skills who's comfortable navigating gatekeepers and speaking with decision-makers.

Duties

Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and presenting customized solutions that add value
Make high-volume outbound calls to targeted business prospects from provided lists
Identify and connect with key decision-makers (owners, managers, procurement, etc.)
Clearly communicate our value proposition and how our services solve business needs
Follow call scripts while adapting tone and approach for different industries and business sizes
Accurately log call outcomes, notes, and lead details in the CRM system
Handle objections professionally and follow up persistently with warm leads
Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads

Experience

Previous telemarketing, Telesales, or B2B cold-calling experience preferred, finance sales is a plus!
Confident, professional phone presence with strong communication skills
Resilience and persistence — comfortable handling rejection and gatekeepers
Ability to quickly understand and articulate service value proposition
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate CRM logging
Familiarity with CRM or dialer software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
High school diploma required; college coursework in business or sales a plus

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

Telesales : 1 year (Required)
