Full Job Description

We are looking for a trustworthy, reliable secretary. Who comes to work every day and is willing to be an extra help when the time calls for it. A good sense of humor is a plus also! This is for a FULL time position 8am-5pm Monday - Friday.

Position Entails -

In an office setting maintaining office records, invoicing, filing paperwork, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, may handle accounts payable, working on a computer, dealing face to face and over the phone with customers. The office is open Monday through Friday. This is a laid back fun environment!

Essential knowledge, skills, and abilities -

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Skill in operating a computer and programs including Microsoft Office
Skill in verbal and written communication
Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English
Ability to handle a variety of tasks
Ability to perform accurate data entry
