Job Summary
We are seeking a Construction Recruiter who can own the full recruitment cycle for roles in restoration, field operations, and support teams. This is a high-impact position with strong visibility across the organization. You will be responsible for finding top talent in competitive markets, building pipelines outside the trditional job boards, and supporting rapid growth with thoughtful and creative strategies.

This role is onsite and best suited for someone who thrives in fast-moving enviornments, communicates clearly, and takes pride in being resourceful.

Key Resposibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for restoration roles.
Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, expectations, and timelines.
Attend recruiting events, trade shows, and visits to other offices as needed for talent acquisition efforts.
Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies utilizing social media management, industry networks, referral mapping, and direct sourcing.
Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate fit while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law standards.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates to create high-quality experience.
Track and report on hiring progress.
Protect the reputation and values of Robinson Restoration in every step of the recruiting process

Qualifications

3 - 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Atleast 2 years of sourcing and hiring in construction, restoration, or trade-related fields.
Proven experience in recruiting across multiple disciplines outside of organic applicants in an ATS.
Strong communication, relationship building, and stakeholder coordination skills
Creative and fast-thinking approach to solving recruiting challenges.
Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
High comfort working onsite and collaboration with the field and operations teams.
Willingness to travel for events and office support as needed.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
