Full Job Description

Agaso Outdoor is a bespoke early Ford Bronco restoration shop in Ventura, CA. We ship parts and orders nationwide and we're looking for an administrative mastermind to be the heartbeat of the shop, keeping it running like a well-oiled machine.

What you'll do:

- Manage shipping and receiving and fulfill web orders (ShipStation), following brand packaging guidelines.

- Manage shop supplies and inventory, keep things stocked and organized, and pull parts for projects.

- Run local errands and occasionally move company and customer vehicles between locations (valid license + reliable transportation); this is an infrequent and as-needed responsibility.

- Coordinate shop maintenance and basic cleaning.

- Handle phone calls, messages, and non-technical customer service; light social media and Squarespace copyediting, with possible role expansion if of interest.

What we're looking for: someone organized, reliable, and detail-oriented who's comfortable with shipping, receiving, and inventory, and can pick up tools like ShipStation, Squarespace, ShopMonkey, and basic QuickBooks. Above all, a great attitude and a self-starter who solves problems on the fly, that matters more to us than a perfect resume. Office management experience and an automotive background are a plus, but not required. Part-time, about 2-3 hours/day, ideally 9 am-1 pm, averaging 12-15 hours per week Monday through Thursday and Fridays as-needed; $24/hour to start (DOE) with a growth path.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
