What You'll Do
As a Tile Restoration Technician, you'll restore and repair residential tile and grout surfaces while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Tile installation, repair, and replacement
- Shower restoration
- Regrouting tile surfaces
- Grout color sealing
- Professional tile and grout cleaning
- Caulk removal and replacement
- Minor waterproofing repairs
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Follow company restoration and installation procedures
- Accurately document completed work
- Provide outstanding customer service on every job
Required Qualifications
- Experience with grout restoration and regrouting
- Experience removing and replacing caulk
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 50+ pounds
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in any of the following is a plus, but not required:
- Shower remodeling
- Waterproofing
- Stone tile installation
- Residential construction
- Flooring installation
- Restoration services
- Bathroom remodeling
- Tile flooring installation
- One or more years of tile installation or repair experience
Quality Expectations

Technicians are expected to complete work correctly the first time. If a callback is determined to be the result of workmanship, failure to follow company procedures, or incomplete work, the technician may be required to return and correct the issue without additional compensation.
Management will determine callback responsibility on a case-by-case basis.
