If you possess strong customer service skills and strive to provide the best experience for the customers you serve, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones
- Overseeing Service Orders and flow of the Drive Lane
- Distributing the work between Technicians in an efficient manner
- Maintaining the highest level of Customer Service with prompt, courteous, & professional service
- Answering customer questions regarding their vehicle's problems or service, warranty, and repairs
What We Seek:
- 1+ yrs of experience in ANY auto repair shop or dealership is a PLUS but Not Required!
- Strong customer service skills
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
- General auto knowledge is a plus but not required
- Good interpersonal/social skills with the ability to build rapport
- High energy with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor in any situation
- Ability to work with a team towards a common goal
- Must be reliable, dependable, punctual, and have a good work ethic
- Show a history of longevity of employment
