Full Job Description

Wellness Coordinator (full-time) - Vitality Court Victoria, TX

At Vitality, we create vibrant communities where residents thrive, families engage, and team members are proud to work. We're looking for a compassionate, organized leader to join our Wellness team.

What You'll Do

Build and manage staffing schedules for Charge Nurses and Wellness team members
Coordinate shift coverage and minimize overtime
Support new resident move-ins, wellness bands, and care transitions
Assist with team member training, orientation, and CPR certification tracking
Monitor supply needs and manage shower schedules
Step in on the floor as needed, including vitals, specimen collection, and first aid/CPR response

What We're Looking For

Must be at least 21 years old
Strong communication skills (verbal and written English)
Computer literate (Word, Excel)
Current CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass required health screenings (e.g., TB test, immunizations per community policy)
LVN or Certified Medication Aide welcomed, but not required
