We specialize in representing individuals facing financial challenges, from collection actions to relentless creditor harassment. As an Associate Attorney with us, you'll manage a high-volume consumer caseload, utilizing your skills to advocate for those who need it most. This full-time, salaried position is entirely remote, with occasional in-person court appearances when necessary.

What You’ll Do

- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and opposing counsel

- Engage in strategic settlement negotiations

- Review and analyze court documents

- Draft and file responsive pleadings with precision

- Identify and challenge unfair debt collection practices

- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support our mission

What We’re Looking For

- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school

- Active California Bar license

- A driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for consumer advocacy

Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of litigation experience

- Experience in Debt Settlement, Bankruptcy, FDCPA, or consumer civil litigation

- Additional state bar licenses are a plus
