We are seeking a motivated and organized Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of professional events. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in event planning, event management, vendor relations, and on-site event support.

Key Responsibilities

Support event planning, logistics, and day-of event activities.
Communicate with vendors, sponsors, attendees, and event partners.
Track event supplies, materials, equipment, and inventory.
Prepare event timelines, documents, schedules, and administrative records.
Assist with attendee registration, check-in, and on-site guest support.
Support event marketing and promotional activities across relevant channels.
Help resolve event-related questions and operational issues.
Contribute creative ideas to improve attendee engagement and the overall event experience.
