Full Job Description

We are looking for a full-time or part-time physical therapist to join the team. This is a sports medicine-focused orthopedic clinic with direct experience a MUST. We are looking for someone who is professional, passionate about exercise and rehabilitation, a critical thinker, high skill level on manual therapy, outgoing and most importantly someone who can provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patients. We are a boutique physical therapy office that provides the absolute best in patient care and customer service. This is a unique staff position that allows you to be independent and autonomous yet still work in a team environment. Small, private practice family setting where everyone contributes as a team and we all enjoy working together. Our patient population is majority orthopedics and sports medicine. We are looking for a long-term PT who can grow and advance with the company and progress to full-time if desired. Base salary plus bonus program. We pride ourselves on a "quality care over corporate goals" environment where patient outcomes and a supportive team culture are our highest priorities. We have been established for ten 10 years with a strong reputation in the community for successful outcomes and quality care.

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide direct patient care, including evaluation and treatment through therapeutic exercise, manual interventions and mechanical devices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement written administrative and patient care policies and procedures.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations, documenting history, subjective/objective data, and treatment plans in HENO.
Delegate duties to support staff, including physical therapy assistants and aides, consistent with their experience.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and report treatment results.
Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in the clinic’s quality assurance and risk management functions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 – $110,000 per year, based on experience. Our tiered bonus structure rewards clinical success and service integration.

Requirements

Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of California.
Strong clinical knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
Adherence to a business casual dress code suitable for a professional medical environment.
Commitment to HIPAA compliance and high standards of patient privacy.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
