Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a high standard of sanitation and comfort for clients. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and excellent customer service are essential. Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or hospitality is highly valued, and candidates with skills in floor care, carpet cleaning, laundry, and sanitation will find this position particularly fitting. The Housekeeper position is paid and offers a chance to develop professional skills within the cleaning and hospitality industry.

Hiring Bonus up to $300 Paid in 3 Months

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing
Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all assigned areas
Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance
Restock supplies and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
Follow safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures at all times
Assist with custodial duties as needed, including trash removal and restroom sanitation
Support housekeeping management in maintaining schedules and quality standards

Requirements

Prior experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, or commercial cleaning is preferred
Skills in floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, laundry, and custodial work are highly desirable
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team environment
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks which may include lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
Experience with housekeeper management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required
Reliable transportation is preferred for timely job site access
