Certified Nurse Aide

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aides to join our team at Avir at Bellmead, a premier long-term care facility in Bellmead, TX. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding residents
Assist with personal cares, such as toileting, incontinence care, and vital signs
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the Charge Nurse or other health care professionals
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Participate in daily care conferences and resident assessments
Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent
0 years of experience in long-term care or healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply)
Ability to lift, move, and reposition residents with a minimum of 50 pounds
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
