Associate Dentist (DDS/DMD) -Full-Time | Waco, TX
Location: Waco, TX Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday-Friday Compensation: Very competitive wages with significant production-based income potential
Practice With Autonomy. Grow With Support.
We're looking for a full-time General Dentist to join an established, multi-doctor family and orthodontic practice in the Waco area; one with a stellar local reputation, a fully-trained team, and a free-standing building you'll be proud to practice in.
This practice serves a diverse, multilingual Central Texas community across a broad patient mix including fee-for-service, PPO, and Medicaid, meaning your schedule is full, your impact is real, and the patients you see come from all walks of life. If you're a dentist who finds purpose in accessible, community-centered care, this is your practice.
You'll practice alongside a team of experienced dentists with clinical autonomy over your patient care; backed by a business team that handles everything outside the operatory. It's the best of both worlds: the independence of private practice with the operational and financial strength of a group behind you.
Why This Opportunity
- Step into a thriving, established practice: inherit the reputation, patient base, and trained team of a respected Central Texas office
- Practice alongside a multi-doctor team: collaborate with experienced colleagues rather than going it alone
- Exceptional clinical variety: a full-scope practice offering general, cosmetic, restorative, implants, endodontics, sedation, and complete orthodontics (braces and clear aligners for all ages). If you want to broaden your skills, including into ortho, this is the place
- A diverse, meaningful caseload: serving fee-for-service, PPO, and Medicaid patients across the Central Texas community; your work here makes a measurable difference for patients from all backgrounds
- Complete clinical autonomy: you and your partner dentists determine the best path for every patient
- Real growth, real upside: significant production-based income potential and a genuine path to partnership and ownership
- Paid specialty training: expand into implants and more with one-on-one mentorship and a multi-day implant training course
- Full business support: our centralized team handles HR, billing, collections, marketing, credentialing, and operations so you can focus on dentistry
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive clinical care with full autonomy, collaborating with your partner dentists on treatment planning
- Practice the full scope of general dentistry (crown & bridge, restorative, oral surgery, endo, and implants)
- Support the day-to-day flow of the practice backed by a business team that manages personnel, marketing, billing, and more
- Build lasting relationships with patients and become an active, trusted part of the Central Texas community
What We're Looking For
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active Texas dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Ability to perform or willingness to learn all aspects of comprehensive dentistry, including crown & bridge, restorative, oral surgery, endo, and implants
- A genuine desire to live, work, and put down roots in Central Texas and a commitment to serving a diverse patient community across all payer types with the same clinical excellence
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus we proudly serve a Spanish-speaking patient community
- Collaborative, patient-focused, and growth-minded
Working With Us
- Very competitive wages with significant production-based income potential
- Potential for partnership and ownership in your own practice
- CE & training paid for -including specialty training (one-on-one mentorship and a multi-day implant training course available)
- Excellent benefits - health insurance, free dental work, vision insurance, and retirement plan
- Ongoing support from a group of like-minded dentists and the benefit of experienced providers behind you
