Schedule: Part-Time | Every Other Weekend + Rotating Holidays

Compensation: $13.50 - $16/hour + $1.00/hour Weekend Shift Differential

You don't necessarily need years of senior living experience to succeed here.

If you've worked in a restaurant, coffee shop, cafeteria, grocery store, fast-food restaurant, hospitality environment, or another customer-facing position, you may already have many of the skills we're looking for.

You know how to stay organized.

You understand that cleanliness matters.

You can work as part of a team.

And most importantly, you know how much friendly, attentive service can change someone's experience.

We'll help you learn the senior living side.

What You'll Be Doing

Assist with preparing and serving meals to residents.
Provide friendly and attentive dining service.
Learn resident preferences and dietary needs.
Help set up and reset the dining room before and after meals.
Observe resident eating habits and communicate concerns to appropriate team members.
Assist with dishes, kitchen cleaning, and dining room sanitation.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Safely operate appropriate kitchen and food preparation equipment.
Work closely with culinary and community team members.
Help create a dining experience that feels welcoming, comfortable, and personal.

What We're Looking For

Previous food service, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
Friendly and positive approach to working with older adults.
Dependable attendance and willingness to work as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Understanding of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
Willingness to work an every-other-weekend rotation and rotating holidays.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience preferred.
