Full Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual with automotive background to manage our Jiffy Lube location in Wahpeton North Dakota. This position is as working manager who will be in charge of purchasing, receiving, and inventory, as well as management of 3 or 4 staff members. Bakken Lube Group has been successfully operating this location for 5 years since our purchase. We do oil changes, radiator and transmission flushes, as well tire sales and repair. Our training program is a national ASE program.

Duties:
- Manage daily operations of the shop, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision.
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of stock and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Train and supervise shop staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote the shop and attract new customers.

Qualifications:
- Strong math skills for managing inventory and handling cash transactions.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Organizational skills to maintain a well-functioning shop environment.
- Effective phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and taking orders over the phone.
- Previous experience in automotive retail/repair or customer service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of the market trends and competition in the industry.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
